The hiking trails nearby were perfect for our family, offering breathtaking views and a chance to connect with nature. It was a great opportunity for our children to learn about the local flora and fauna while enjoying some outdoor adventures.
My wife says that it would be great if there were more child-friendly activities available for families with children.

The cottage was comfortable and well equipped, but some instructions for appliances would have been helpful. The welcome pack was enjoyable and the parking was excellent. Best accommodation experienced so far.

I had a fantastic stay at this holiday cottage! The location was perfect for me, offering isolation, peace and quiet, and beautiful countryside walks right on the doorstep. Additionally, it was conveniently located just a short distance from the nearby town of Midhurst, which was easily accessible via footpaths. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The cottage itself was beautifully converted and very comfortable, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which was especially appreciated during the chilly January weather. It was well-equipped for self-catering, with amenities such as a dishwasher, freezer, microwave, oven, and washing machine. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location of this holiday cottage exceeded my expectations.

Our recent stay at the property was overall a positive experience. The cottage itself was beautifully converted and well set up for self-catering with all the necessary amenities. We appreciated having a dishwasher, freezer, microwave, oven, and washing machine available. The surrounding area was also very pretty, making it a great location for peaceful walks. The isolation and peace and quiet were exactly what we were looking for. Additionally, the cleanliness of the cottage was satisfactory, and the bed, although a bit too firm for my preference, was still comfortable.
There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. the directions to the property were confusing and misleading.

Our stay at Cowdray Holiday Cottages was incredible value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the fully-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The location, nestled in front of a picturesque forest and next to Benbow Pond, was perfect for walks and my dogs absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, responsive, and made us feel completely safe and welcome throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better would be a wider variety of options.
